Resolute Road Hospitality is hiring a Guest Services Agent for the Home2 Suites in Bozeman, MT. You will greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, process payments, and support front desk and pantry operations while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of front desk procedures and POS systems.
• Strong communication and guest relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Register guests, confirm reservations, and process payments securely.
• Promote loyalty programs and ensure members receive benefits.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Operate front desk systems to check guests in and out efficiently.
• Assist with pantry operations and daily hotel responsibilities.
• Communicate service needs to other departments and maintain lobby appearance.
