• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proven budgeting and P&L experience.
• Knowledge of health codes and food safety standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop team members.
