Crewny seeks an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead Holywater NOLA, a high-volume dining and events venue in New Orleans. You will partner with the General Manager to manage service staff, uphold health and safety standards, and drive guest satisfaction.

The AGM will lead front and back of house teams, monitor daily operations, and ensure consistent service excellence while developing staff and controlling costs. Evening and weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in an Assistant General Manager role overseeing high-volume operations.
• Experience managing 30+ hourly employees in a fast-paced venue.
• Proven track record in recruiting and training Front/Service Managers.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations and act as a leader on the floor when GM is away.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards meet regulatory requirements.
• Maintain staff scheduling, discipline, and performance coaching.
• Manage guest experience and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Monitor food & beverage quality, inventory, and cost controls.
• Lead staff development and enforce service standards across all teams.
