Holywater NOLA is seeking a Floor Manager with elevated, high-volume restaurant experience to lead the front-of-house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will report to the General Manager and oversee daily operations, coaching staff to ensure top-notch service and smooth dining room flow.

As a floor leader, you will maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality, while coordinating with management to achieve financial goals and maintain memorable guest

Formación

• Ability to perform essential job functions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and fluent English.
• Able to lead and coach front-of-house staff and manage guest expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in achieving financial goals while ensuring service integrity.
• Oversee daily front-of-house operations and staff performance.
• Conduct staff trainings and coaching with General Manager guidance.
• Manage POS operations including opening/closing procedures and transfers.
• Deliver extraordinary guest service and handle guest concerns promptly.
