Job summary

CLUB4 Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Ridgeland, MS to assist the General Manager in leading a team and delivering an outstanding member experience while driving revenue growth. The role includes stepping in when the GM is absent and collaborating on community partnerships and staff development.

The AGM will be accountable for financial sustainability, customer satisfaction, and KPI performance, with a monthly bonus when targets are met.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; a degree is preferred.
• Some supervisory or leadership experience in a high-level customer service industry is preferred.
• CPR/AED certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support staff to deliver a superior member experience.
• Drive membership sales and revenue growth at the location.
• Oversee daily gym operations in the General Manager's absence.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant facility.
• Collaborate with the GM and Regional Manager to address issues.
