Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations at our Henderson service center and partner with the GM to drive guest satisfaction and sales growth in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, budgeting, inventory, and safety/quality standards. You will mentor teammates through internal training, lead daily huddles, and ensure exceptional service while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the GM to drive revenue growth through guest count and lead measures.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training and coaching.
• Lead opening and closing duties as needed and ensure store is clean, safe, and presentable.
• Manage inventory and product ordering to meet business needs.
• Assist with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
