Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area.
• Alternate education: 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Supports all aspects of property operation including guest and employee satisfaction, financial performance, sales and revenue generation.
• Assists General Manager in leading team and implementing property-wide strategies.
• Verifies brand service standards and initiatives are implemented to meet or exceed guest expectations.
• Builds relationships with key customers and participates in the sales process.
• Manages and coordinates departmental operations and staffing to exceed guest expectations.

Education
