Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Las Vegas, NV to join our service center leadership team. You will work directly with the General Manager to drive revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will coach teammates, implement training, manage inventory, and support budgeting and financial performance. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and a commitment to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire diverse teams.
• Strong business sense and understanding of retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth with GM through increasing guest count and lead measures.
• Coach and mentor team; align with internal training program.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and guest issue resolution.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to hit business goals.
