This role requires 1–3 years of retail management, strong communication, and a guest-first mindset. You’ll manage inventory, budgeting, and team development in a fast-paced environment with incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience (1–3 years)

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth with GM through guest count and core sales metrics
• Coach and deliver exceptional customer service and guest experiences

• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store operations with DM support
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to standards
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and financial performance
