Team Car Care East, LLC (US) in Burlington, NJ seeks an Assistant General Manager to join our service center management team. You will support the GM, drive revenue growth by increasing guest counts, and coach staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail management, excellent communication, and a guest-first mindset. You’ll lead daily huddles, manage inventory and cash handling, assist with budgeting, and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming store.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and core sales metrics.
• Coach and mentor team through internal training and direction.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Manage inventory and product ordering to meet needs.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and guest service standards.
