Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the GM in Montgomeryville, PA, driving revenue growth through guest counts and sales initiatives. The AGM will coach staff, enforce quality and safety standards, and supervise daily operations in a fast-paced service center.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail management, strong communication, and a proactive leadership style focused on guest-first service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail management experience is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong business sense with ability to drive sales and service results.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts and expense controls.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to set direction.
• Coach and mentor automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Ensure quality control measures and safety practices are followed.
• Oversee inventory, product orders and cash handling processes.
• Address guest questions and issues promptly and professionally.
