Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the GM and lead the service center team. You will focus on delivering a consistent guest experience, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

This role requires 1–3 years of retail management, strong communication, and the ability to motivate diverse staff. You will help with budgeting, forecasting, and daily operations, reporting to the GM and District Manager.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience required (1–3 years).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership to inspire diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and core sales metrics.
• Coaching and development through training programs.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and guest issues.
• Assist GM with budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
