Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Spokane, WA. You will work with the General Manager to drive revenue growth, lead a service-center team, coach staff, and improve guest experiences while managing daily operations.

You will develop teammates, ensure quality control, handle inventory and cash processes, and assist with budgeting and forecasts in a fast-paced retail environment. Must be at least 18 and comfortable in automotive-related settings.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader with ability to inspire diverse teams.
• Understanding of retail business and financial objectives.
• Experience in driving sales and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
