Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth with GM through guest count and lead measures.
• Coach and guide team, ensuring excellent customer service and guest experiences.
• Develop teammates via internal training, providing ongoing guidance and direction.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, guest issues, and safety compliance.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Lead daily huddles and store meetings to set directions and goals.
• Ensure clean, safe, and presentable service center per guidelines.
