Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Covington, WA. The role focuses on driving revenue growth via guest counts and lead measures while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You will work with the GM, coach staff, manage budgets, and supervise operations, inventory, and safety. A fast-paced retail environment with automotive service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Strong understanding of the retail industry and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to drive goals.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and guest issue resolution.
• Coach and mentor automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and presentable service center.
• Provide clear direction to the team and maintain guest-focused service.
