Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC in Kansas City, MO is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join the service center's management team. You will work closely with the GM to drive revenue growth, coach staff, and deliver outstanding guest experiences daily.

You will manage inventory, cash handling, safety, and training, assist with budgeting and forecasts, lead daily huddles, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming workplace for teammates and guests.

Qualifications

1–3 years of retail management experience.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Proven leadership ability to motivate diverse teams.
Strong business sense and understanding of retail.
Ability to analyze financial objectives to help increase sales.

Responsibilities
