Team Car Care East, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager at our Saint Charles, MO location. You will work with the GM to drive revenue, supervise front-line staff, and ensure unforgettable guest experiences each day.

Lead the team, coach employees, and manage daily operations including inventory, budgeting, and training programs while upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience or leadership roles.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.
• Ability to motivate diverse teams and drive sales.
• Comfort with fast-paced retail environments and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to set direction.
• Coach staff, ensure excellent customer service, and guest experiences.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Oversee inventory, product orders, and cashier processes.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and presentable service center per standards.
