You will coach and develop team members, manage inventory and scheduling, assist with budgets and forecasts, ensure safety and quality, and foster a guest-first culture in a fast-paced retail automotive environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader with ability to inspire diverse groups.
• Understanding of retail business and financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Work with GM to drive revenue growth and guest experience.
• Coach and develop teammates through training programs.
• Assist with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Oversee inventory management and product ordering.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
