Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire diverse groups.
• Strong business sense with retail industry understanding.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to improve sales and service results.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in driving revenue growth through guest count and KPI performance.
• Coach and mentor staff, deliver excellent customer service and guest experiences.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to align on goals.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store operations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense controls.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and presentable service center per guidelines.
• Provide guidance to technicians and CSAs and assist with opening/closing duties.
