Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our service center leadership team. You will work with the GM to drive sales, coach staff, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers an hourly compensation range of $17.25–$19.25 plus a comprehensive benefits package, growth opportunities, and bonus incentives. You will lead daily huddles, manage operations, and uphold safety and quality standards.

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
