Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, coach the team, and drive guest satisfaction at our Shrewsbury service center. You will work closely with the General Manager to optimize sales, manage inventory, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail management, strong communication, and a proactive leadership mindset.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability and motivational skills.
• Ability to coach and develop teammates in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through guest count and sales metrics.
• Coach and develop staff using internal training programs.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and guest issues.
• Open/close duties and ensure store cleanliness and safety.
• Prepare budgeting and forecasting with the GM and DM.
