Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of retail leadership, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader able to inspire and motivate diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to drive business goals.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts and financial performance.
• Support inventory, cash-handling and store safety/compliance.
• Coach and mentor technicians and service advisors; ensure guest satisfaction.
