Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to increase sales and service results.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through guest count and lead measures (core sales mix, MultiCare, Core Plus).
• Coach and develop teammates, ensuring excellent customer service and guest experiences.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and safety/quality controls; coordinate with District Manager on initiatives.
• Provide direction and build an engaged workforce; lead daily huddles and store meetings.
