Job summary

Smoothie King is looking for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) in Michigan to support the GM in leading the store team toward an exceptional guest experience, maintaining brand standards, and driving profitable operations.

The AGM will focus on team development, product quality, and delivering strong sales performance while upholding our culture and core values. This is a full-time, on-site role with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic POS and computer functions
• Must be team oriented, self-motivated, and well organized.
• Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team to provide an exceptional Guest Experience.
• Ensure an exceptional Guest Experience and high-quality product.
• Maximize sales performance and drive profitability while maintaining a friendly atmosphere.
• Review KPIs to identify problems and opportunities and implement improvements.
• Develop partnerships with local community members and participate in events.
• Communicate and manage in-store marketing strategies and promotions.
