You will coach teams, drive performance, ensure quality service, and uphold brand standards while maintaining an inviting, clean environment and accurate cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate objectives clearly.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and coach shifts supervisors.
• Step in during the General Manager’s absence and uphold store performance.
• Motivate staff and maintain morale during tough periods.
• Ensure brand standards and procedures are followed and the restaurant looks clean and inviting.
• Manage cash handling and daily reporting as directed by company policies.
• Resolve customer issues to build positive, long-term relationships.
• Conduct spot inventory counts to ensure accurate inventory data.
