Responsibilities include supervising staff, coaching shifts, and ensuring operations run smoothly while maintaining a positive customer experience and adherence to safety and inventory practices.

Responsibilities

• Capably perform duties in the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate and positively influence staff, especially during low morale periods.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure store looks clean and inviting.
• Ensure cash management is accurate and reports are delivered per directives.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues, building positive relationships.
• Maintain inventory data through spot counts and checks.
