Roots Natural Kitchen is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Columbus, OH. This role oversees front-of-house or back-of-house operations, coaching crew and shift leaders while reporting to the general manager.

You will balance daily management tasks with culture-building and customer service excellence. Starting salary is $50,000 with potential to $62,000 after tenure, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and 401(k) with employer match.

• Promote Roots culture and brand standards across the crew.
• Maintain high standards of customer and employee experiences.
• Schedule and balance labor to ensure adequate coverage during peaks.
