The AGM will support the General Manager, develop managers and hourly staff, uphold service standards, and manage scheduling, labor, and costs while driving guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop managers and hourly team members.
• Maintain hospitality, food quality, and restaurant execution standards.
• Assist with scheduling, labor, inventory, purchasing, and cost controls.
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
