Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant environment.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, and operational reporting.
• Knowledge of payroll systems and workforce administration.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and restaurant management software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Proactive problem solver with a strong leadership presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate staff on the floor to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing team development.
• Oversee schedules, payroll, inventory, and compliance-related processes.
• Manage administrative tasks such as reporting, labor, and workforce systems.
• Collaborate with ownership on operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance systems, efficiency, and service quality.
