Job summary

Nbutexas is looking for an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations at our growing casual dining concept. You will manage shifts, develop staff, and drive guest experiences while ensuring operational excellence across the restaurant.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in restaurant management, strong leadership, and a passion for hospitality. You will balance people, service, and profitability on the floor and in the kitchen, partnering with the GM to hit sales goals and maintain quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• P&L familiarity.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Ability to lead from the floor and hold teams accountable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations and lead shifts
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
• Drive guest satisfaction and resolve concerns
• Manage scheduling, labor, and productivity
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost controls
