Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help open a new upscale fast-casual restaurant concept in Florida. You will lead a team, deliver guest experiences, and support day-to-day operations in a high-energy environment.

The role offers a base salary of $50k–$58k with monthly bonuses, full benefits, PTO and a path to leadership through a growing hospitality group. Training requires travel to Houston, TX for 6 weeks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management in full-service or upscale fast casual environments.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced setting and support daily operations.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, ordering, and cost controls.
• Proven leadership with coaching focus and hands-on management style.
• Willingness to travel for 6 weeks of training in Houston, TX prior to opening.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all restaurant operations.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training for the new store opening.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards.
• Help manage labor scheduling, inventory control, and operational performance; lead by example on the floor while coaching staff.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
• Assist with financial performance by supporting cost controls and revenue goals.
