You will work closely with the General Manager, coach technicians and CSAs, manage inventory, budgeting, and financials, and ensure safety and cleanliness per the Guide to Excellence. Must have 1–3 years retail management and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience (1–3 years) required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Business sense with understanding of retail industry and sales targets.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in driving revenue growth and guest experience.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings; mentor automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Oversee budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls; monitor inventory and cash handling.
• Ensure service center cleanliness, safety, and adherence to quality standards.
• Open/close the store as needed and support district initiatives.
