107 Team Car Care East, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Commack, NY to partner with the GM to drive revenue, guest satisfaction, and team performance. The AGM leads daily huddles, coaches staff, and oversees operations including inventory, budgeting, and safety compliance.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail management; automotive experience is not required, but strong communication and leadership are essential for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; Professional automotive experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by increasing guest count and core sales mix.
• Coach and execute excellent customer service while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings; set direction for business goals.
• Manage inventory and cash handling; coordinate with District Manager on initiatives.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable per guidelines.
• Mentor automotive technicians and CSAs; open/close duties when GM is away.
