KBP Brands is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our KFC operations in Wake Forest, NC. You will lead and drive a high-performing team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold safety and quality standards across daily restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift, stand, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach teams to ensure productive operations.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory and cash handling.
• Maintain food quality and safety standards.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Handle shift challenges proactively.
