You'll lead a team, ensure smooth store performance, coach supervisors, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service and positive attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic food safety understanding and practice.
• Physical ability to lift/push objects over 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, and communicate objectives.
• Supervise non-management associates and coach shifts supervisors.
• Fill in for the general manager as needed.
• Motivate staff during low morale and maintain standards.
• Ensure brand standards and procedures are followed.
• Maintain cash management and daily reporting.
• Resolve customer issues and foster positive relationships.
• Conduct spot inventory checks to verify data.
