You'll develop people, drive performance, and maintain service quality while managing guest experience, cash controls, and inventory. This entry-level management path offers growth and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Capable of performing duties in the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate staff and positively influence team morale.
• Exhibit strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and brand standards.
• Maintain awareness of brand standards and procedures to maximize relations.
• Keep restaurant clean, inviting, and compliant with brand standards.
• Ensure cash management is accurate; complete daily reports as directed.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to maintain positive relationships.
• Conduct spot inventory counts to ensure data accuracy.
