Job summary

BoJangles' in Knoxville, TN seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams and deliver exceptional Southern hospitality. You will assist the General Manager to drive guest experience, sales, and profitability with a customer‑centric culture.

Your duties include building a positive store culture, coaching staff, ensuring compliance with BoFood/BoLabor, managing inventory, safety, and participating in LTO programs. We offer flexible hours and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour week.
• Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
