Job summary

Bojangles' Restaurants Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Cookeville, TN. This full-time permanent role partners with the General Manager to lead restaurant teams, drive traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

Essential duties include building an inviting team culture, following BoFood/BoLabor standards, mentoring staff, and ensuring WOW guest service. Excellent leadership opportunity with growth potential.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs.

Responsibilities

• People: Creates an inviting culture in the store, a place where our team members feel respected and valued.
• Performance: Subject matter expert and adherence to all systems and processes to include BoFood and BoLabor; upholds standards and takes corrective action; empowers team members to WOW guests.
• Profit: Understands Restaurants P&L results; participates in inventory management; ensures safety and security standards; engages in LTO lifecycle and training.
