Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and fluent in English.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Able to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Experience with cash handling and bank deposits.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to provide exceptional guest experiences and drive sales.
• Develop and execute store-level plans in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Maintain a customer‑centric culture and WOW guest service.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold safety standards.
• Train and onboard employees; ensure adherence to processes and policies.
