Bojangles' in Fayetteville, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional Southern hospitality. You will work with the General Manager to develop a culture that drives traffic, sales and guest satisfaction.

We offer flexible hours (morning, evening, weekends), weekly pay, and benefits including health (and dental/vision), paid time off, free meals and career development opportunities.

Qualificações

• A minimum of 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Must possess a valid drivers license, and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office Experience
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs.
