You will recruit and onboard staff, schedule shifts, monitor inventory and costs, enforce food safety standards, and drive guest satisfaction with a focus on safety and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience: manage all aspects within the restaurant, including food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work.
• Plan for success: proactively lead and manage all People processes including recruiting, hiring and onboarding.
• Staffing, Performance Management, Training and coaching.
• Make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food costs.
• Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards of excellence and maintain safety for guests and staff.
• Oversee all operational needs and maintenance to exceed standards of excellence.
