Job summary
Bojangles' Assistant General Manager role is a hands-on leadership position overseeing restaurant teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive sales, and manage profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience.
- 18 years or older.
- Able to read, write and speak English.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Lead restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experience.
- Develop and supervise staff to drive traffic, sales and profitability.
- Maintain a customer-centric culture and BoCulture principles.
- Ensure adherence to BoFood and BoLabor systems.
- Participate in inventory management and safety standards.
- Engage in LTO lifecycle training and POP by deadlines.
