In Broadview Heights, OH, you will lead a team, uphold brand standards, oversee scheduling and cash management, and ensure excellent customer service while driving business performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and motivate staff; set goals and monitor performance.
• Experience in quick service or similar restaurant operations preferred.

Responsibilities
