KBP Foods, a part of KBP Brands, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a KFC restaurant in The Woodlands, TX. You will lead a team, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include optimizing labor and food costs, maintaining safety and quality standards, and delivering memorable dining experiences while pursuing leadership growth within KBP Foods.

Qualifications

• Experience as an AGM in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC food quality, preparation, and presentation standards.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve shift challenges.
