KBP Brands—home to KFC—is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead operations in our Houston-area restaurants. You will coach the team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive daily performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as AGM in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Able to lift/move heavy objects and stand for full shifts, operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule and coach the team to foster a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, prep, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness to ensure a safe environment.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve shift challenges.
