KBP Brands is hiring an Assistant General Manager for our KFC restaurants to lead teams, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee daily operations. You will train staff, schedule shifts, and coach for performance while safeguarding food quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Ability to lift/move objects, stand for long periods, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to maintain a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly for memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain food quality, preparation, and presentation standards.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to ensure a safe guest and employee environment.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges during shifts.
