KBP Brands is seeking a motivated Assistant General Manager for our KFC restaurant in Norcross, GA. You will lead daily operations, coach the team, manage inventory and labor, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while upholding food safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift, stand and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive work environment.
• Deliver guest service and resolve issues to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
