KBP Brands, owner of KFC franchises, is seeking an Assistant General Manager in our fast-paced restaurant network. You will lead, train, and coach a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, while overseeing daily operations, inventory, and cost controls.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of AGM experience in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Ability to lift/move objects, stand and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations: inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC/KBP standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to ensure guest and employee safety.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during shifts.
