KBP Foods, a leading restaurant franchise group, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a KFC restaurant in Austin. You will lead a team, deliver exceptional guest service, and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
