• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant's daily operations under GM guidance.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and cost management.
• Create and manage staff schedules and staffing levels.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team members.
• Oversee coaching, counseling and developing staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure food handling, safety standards, and facilities upkeep are met.
